OptimumHQ is a business management platform that empowers enterprise customers and SMBs to run their entire company through one robust Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have updated and expanded this Policy under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in order for you to better understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and make use of personal information.
Additionally, Optimum Technologies, LLC does not directly target and does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors under 16 years of age. We request that these individuals do not provide Personal Data through the OptimumHQ website or through other services.

This personal information will be stored and encrypted within Optimum databases in a secure environment, where only our employees (excluding contractors, clients, or anyone else) will have access to it.

Optimum Technologies, LLC may periodically contact you to collect feedback, send you promotional materials such as our quarterly newsletter, or email or phone notifications related to our products and services. You can opt-out of email communication with us at any time by unsubscribing. If you engage in our online chat system, we may review those sessions internally to improve our customer service.
Please note that as a current client there are certain notifications that you may not opt out of, such as renewal or billing notifications, if you are the designated account manager.
